This is a chart that will be of great help to you in determining the size of ring you need. You can use the tape or a small piece of string to measure the area that the ring will take up. When it becomes a complete circle, make a mark on such a piece of string. You will then have a circumference which you can find in the "CIRCUMFERENCE (MM)" column of the table below and choose the corresponding size.

You can also measure the inner diameter of the ring you normally wear and get a number that you can use to find your length in the "NTERNAL DIAMETER (MM)" column of the table below and choose the corresponding size.
